Sherley O'Leary
Job Responsibilities:
Originally hired in 2006 to secure second campus location in Wentzville and is now securing expansion location. She is responsible for all contract negotiations for landlord and general contractors for the buildout process. As Finance Manager she handles all incoming and outgoing cash for the church. Also oversees the church wide Small Groups that take place both on and off campus. Helps to get the name of FCFC out in the community with her involvement in various Chambers, and helps with other Marketing/Advertising opportunities.
Previous experience:
Sherley relocated from NY/NJ in 1998. With her degree in Accounting she started in Trust Tax Departments with banks. She then moved into the Information Technology arena working her way from an Account Rep to VP of Sales then to CEO of a local St Louis firm. She has completed the Associates Program for the International School of Ministry after joining the staff at FCFC.
Getting to know Sherley:
When Sherley's not at church, she has an active Nutritional/Energy drink business called Vemma/Verve. She is also an active member and serves on the Board of Directors of various women's networking groups in the St. Louis area. And on a day off - finds her way to a beach or a lake somewhere!
